As part of our commitment to enhancing your journey, we provide options to upgrade rooms, hotels, and transportation within the specified package. Please note that upgrade charges will be the guests’ responsibility and are subject to availability. An Express Visa service for Umrah is available at an additional cost for urgent situations. The standard Umrah Visa processing time is 3-5 working days. Required documents for visa application include a completed original Umrah visa application form. If the applicant has a non-Muslim name, a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating their Muslim faith should be submitted, accompanied by an affidavit if necessary.

• Ensure that two recent passport-size color photographs with a white background are attached to the application form. The photograph must directly depict the visa applicant facing the camera with a full-face view.
• Passports should have a validity of at least 6 months from the travel date. Additionally, confirmed and non-refundable airline tickets and hotel bookings are mandatory. Departure from Saudi Arabia should occur within two weeks from the date of entry.
• For women and children, it is mandatory to be accompanied by a husband/father or a male relative (Mahram). Proof of relationship is required, such as a marriage certificate for a wife or a birth certificate for a child indicating the names of both parents. The Mahram must travel into and out of Saudi Arabia on the same flight as his wife and children.
• A vaccination certificate against Pneumococcal Meningitis, valid for three years, issued not more than three years and not less than 10 days before entry to Saudi Arabia, must be attached.
• Please note that GST @ 5% and TCS @ 20% will be charged in addition to the package cost.
• Any new charges imposed by the Saudi authorities will be the responsibility of the pilgrims and are not included in the provided package prices.
• Any changes or customization requested by the pilgrims in the above packages, before or during their stay, will be subject to the discretion of the management, and the cost will be borne by the pilgrims.
• Unused services are not entitled to any refund.
• Traveling light is advisable, as porter services are not available at the airport or the hotels in Makkah & Madinah.
• Laundry services are provided once a week by outside vendors and not by the hotels.
• Relatives/friends of pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not permitted to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.
• The provided itinerary is tentative and can be modified or changed as per the conditions.
