Makkah Hotel: Sheraton Makkah Jabal Kaaba or Similar

Madinah Hotel : Hayah Plaza or Similar

Shifting Hotel : Azizia or Rusaifa

Mina & Arafat Services

8 Zil-hajj : Start for Hajj at Mina camp

9 Zil-hajj : Leave to Arafat and stay till Sunset. After sunset leave to Muzadalifa till Sunrise

10 Zil-hajj : Proceed to Mina after Fair continue with Hajj (1st Ramee )

11-12 Zil-hajj : Stay in Mina (2-3 Ramee)

13-18 Zil-hajj : Return to Azizia or Rusaifa

19-20 Zil-hajj : Shift to Makkah

Mina : Air-conditioned tents furnished with Blankets, Pillows, Mattresses, and Other basic needs.

Arafat : Air-conditioned tents with basic amenities like Power, Water, and Restrooms are available, with different options according on the Pilgrims’ category.

Transport : Arranging for Pilgrims to travel from Mina to Arafat and back in opulent busses.

Meals : During the pilgrims’ stay in Arafat and Mina, the Saudi government supplies food and water.

Location : Near Jamarat at the location designated by Saudi Authorities

Cancellation Policy :

• Bookings Cancelled 45 Days Before Departure will have to bear a cancellation fee of 20% Booking Amount.
• Bookings Cancelled Within 45 Days of Departure will have to bear a cancellation fee of 50% Booking Amount.
• Once Visa is Issued there is no Cancellation of Booking. No Refund will be Given in this Case.
